ITC credit
input credit invoice for the month of Jan 18 received on 14th April 18 ,how we can take itc,we can availed credit in April 18 or not?

See for Input tax credit you have fulfill following conditions as per the section 16 of the CGST act 2017
1) you must received Tax invoice with correct GSTN no
2) you must received goods or service
3) supplier must pay the tax to the GOVT collected form you .
4) supplier must file the retrun
otherwise you will get provisional credit only on invoice and credit will be added back to your tax liabilities if you are not fulfill all 4 conditions
