ITC claimed
sir i have one query regarding ITC claimed in F Y 2018.19 in this i have not paid the amount to my supplier since 1 year is thear any rule that i have to revise my ITC if any section is thear plz clarify with the rules

If the amount of supply on which ITC is claimed is not paid with in 6 months from date of purchase it shall be reversed immidiatly. it automatically get disallowed under the act itself.
Sir can you send me the link of that act
You can refer the second last proviso of Sec16(2) of CGST Act, 2017 for the 180days creditors payment details.
