U can take credit by filing gstr3b monthly under the head ITC availed.
But school bus ya fir staff bus ke liye ITC kyo nahi claim kr sakte

1) Goods vehicle for business use - ITC fully eligible on purchase/lease/rental including insurance, repairs & maintenance.
2) Passenger vehicle with more than 13 seater used for business - ITC fully eligible on purchase/lease/rental including insurance, repairs & maintenance.
3) Passenger vehicle less than 13 seater (whether or not for business) - ITC on all related goods/services blocked.
