ITC claim vichle for business use

If you've purchased a vehicle like a Tata Magic for your wholesale kirana business to transport goods and for marketing, you can claim the GST Input Tax Credit (ITC). This credit can be claimed monthly by filing your GSTR-3B under the 'ITC availed' section. The ITC is fully eligible for goods vehicles and passenger vehicles with more than 13 seats used for business purposes, covering purchase, lease, rental, insurance, repairs, and maintenance. However, ITC is blocked for passenger vehicles with fewer than 13 seats, regardless of business use.
