Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the rules for claiming Input Tax Credit (ITC) for the financial years 2017-18 and 2018-19. Generally, ITC must be claimed by the September of the following financial year, with specific extensions for 2017-18 ending on 31st March 2019. Therefore, claiming ITC for these periods now is not possible. However, TDS credits for 2018-19, reflected in the electronic cash ledger, can still be utilised to pay liabilities.

No you cannot ...... as per Section 16 of CGST Act ,ITC of any FY can be claimed upto month of September of next FY.

Note : For Fy 2017-18 , the last date to claim ITC was extended to 31/3/19 ,vide Order no. 2/2018 CT .
For Fy 2018-19 , the last date to claim ITC is September 2019.

Hence you cannot claim ITC now.
