itc claim
one party raise a bill on Feb18 but that time by mistake we are not entered the bill in accounts. Now in May18 it would be notified by us. party will not ready to change the bill copy. Can we accounted on this month and take itc claim. plz guide...

yes put invoice in tally in back date
and itc can be availed in the april
Gst return already submitted both side
u can take itc in gstr_3b in may
Yes you can take that missed ITC of feb in may returns.
