ITC claim
can the itc on goods which are purchased not for resale can be claimed?

If you are using the goods in the cours or furtherance of business, then you can claim ITC
if using for personal use , the no ITC
our gst number not provided in invoice issued by supplier
the transaction must have furnished in gstr1 business to business details of Supplier with your GSTIN then only ITC is eligible.
What is going to be the use of that purchase
it's for business purpose
example. mobile phone
No you cannot claim if your GSTN not mentioned on the invoices as it will be considered as B2C invoice
If ITC is Big amount then in your GSTR 2 add them under ADD MISSING INVOICES TAB and ask your supplier to Accept those invoices
And your supplier in Next months return he will rectify B2C invoice

GSTIN not mentioned then No way for claiming ITC....
If GSTIN mentioned you can avail the Benefits....
