Itc availability on purchase of smart phone

I am a service provider. I have purchased a smart phone which I am using for business purpose. Can I take ITC on my purchase of smart phone.

yes , but bill mentioned your business gstin then only you can claim

Yes..... but then depriciation cannot be availed.

In my opinion depreciation is not allowed on the amount of ITC claimed not on whole capital asset. Am I right?

Yes. You are correct Mr. Chhatra Singh.,
ITC available for the GST portion. Depreciation is on asset portion.
