ITC 04
Why is it mandatory. I hv already claimed ITC on job work in 3b. Then what if I dont file ITC 04. Please guide

ITC o4 returns mandatary to file all taxpayers WHO send the good For job work
Thats alright brother but why this when I have already paid the tax in 3b. Moreover if GSTR2 starts again these details ll b submitted as well. Why ITC04 now. Also some of my knowns r saying tht they r nt going to fill it. I am in dilemma.
when u send goods fo job work there is a supply involved in it. although this supply has been exempted if the goods are returned with in the prescribed period. To keep a record that all the goods you send out of your premises without levying the tax are received on time ITC-04 is required.
You should fill this form if applicable.
