Can a Pvt Company file the return of income with IT before adopting the accounts in the AGM ?
or
Can the AGM held after the date of filing the return of Income with IT

Yes IT returns can be submitted before adoption of accounts at AGM
Only precaution needs to be taken that the figs later are not changed and if changes are made than the IT Returns needs to be revised
