My wife had filed the ITR for AY 2007-08 online and the Form V with Faridabad AO. There was a refund of Rs 8500. She hasn’t got the refund as of yet. The AO says that they have not yet sent the refunds for online filing because they are facing some computerization problems. Couple of agents that we have contacted are asking for a fees as high as Rs 1000, would you advise us to file an RTI application?
