when will notify IT FILING for ASS YEAR 2020-21 we can not able to efile

Due to Corona Pandemic,. the new forms are not yet notified.

we can file only after the forms are notified.
till then keep your all details ready and relax

CBDT has already notified ITR 1 and ITR 4 for the AY 2020-21 on 03.01.2020 (https://www.taxcorner.co.in/2020/01/cbdt-notifies-itr-1-and-itr-4-for-assessment-year-2020-21.H T M L) but did not notify other ITR forms for AY 2020-21 till date. Neither there is any official communication from the income tax department in this matter. Online filing of notified ITR-1 and ITR-4 on the income tax portal has not been yet activated.

The reasons for the delay might be COVID-19 pandemic.

Further various due dates for AY 2020-21has been extended till June 30, 2020 and is subject to further extension if the lockdown period entends further.

Hence, you have to wait now...

Even for the notified forms, there is no e filing utility . i had visited a week back.
