We have an AMC for our office's EPABX. Can anyone clarify whether the line maintenance charges (amount shown separately in AMC Bill) are subject to the deduction of IT & GST.. If so, what is the rate of % to be deducted at.

Tds has been deducted u/s 194c @ 1% for individuals and HUF and 2% for other than individuals and HUF . Gst also has been charged.
