Issuance of h form against local sales

Form- H is applicable on deemed export sale. Deemed Exporter have to issue Form-H to his vendor against purchase. either local or central does'nt matter, both are eligible to get Form-H from Deemed Exporter.

Ms.Poonam, Yes "H form" can be issued against local purchase also? Purpose of H-Forms is solely to purchase i.e. meant for exports either local or central does'nt matter.
