07 October 2009Whether compliance certificate has to be issued by company secretary in practice when paidupcapital of the company is above two crores and below 5 crores?The company has not appointed any whole time secretary.If yes,kindly provide me the details where it shows that company secretary in practice has to issue compliance certificate for the company having paid up capital above 2 crores.

Dear friend
Now a company having paid up capital above Rs. 10 Lacs and below Rs. 5 crore in required to get compliance certificate from PCS.
