Is Transfer allowed without restriction?

YES. you can take easily transfer in first year of articleship ( IPCC Route) . I have also taken transfer in first year.

the documents required to be filed with ICAI are as follows

1. original previous identity card and photocopy of registration letter.

2. Recommendation letter from employer ( existing).

3. form 109 duly filled.

4. fresh form 103 by new principal (if).

Is there any  rule which says that after taking the transfer in 1st year you cant join other  firm within 3 months of taking transfer.
