Is there any turnover threshold limit for Shops & establishment registration?

Is labour registration /shops and establishment registration valid on all India basis if we add additional places of business??

is separate Shops & establishment registration required for each state ??

There is no threshold limit, registration has to be taken within 30 days of commencement of business and registration is state wise, different registration is to be taken for different state.
