Is tds deduction compulsory for purchase of books from book stall?
Office manual books are purchased from a commercial store. That was a bill of rs 52000/- paid. TDS is not deducted from government establishment. please suggest me.

I don't think TDs applies
It's not covered u/s 194c hence tds not apply
