Sunday is not a National Holiday. It's a Public Holiday.

As per the Provision of Section 96 of the Companies Act 2013, AGM can be held any day except NATIONAL HOLIDAY.

As per the Central Government of India, there are Three National Holidays :

1). 26th January - Republic Day.
2). 15th August - Independence Day.
3). 02nd October - Gandhi Jayanthi.
