Is RCM on cab/motor cab applicable?

Suppose a business entity provide cab facility to its employees, for which entity appoint travel agency.
In above case, rcm will be applicable or not?

If travel agency is registered under GST than RCM will not be applicable.

Yes. I agree with Ms Neha Jain. Its not covered under Sec 9(3). That means Sec 9(4) governs it.
