Is Preponement of CA Final applicable for IPCC?

I passed both groups of my IPCC in November 2009 and registered for Final in March 2010 after declararion of results. I am eligbible for November 2012. My Articleship period is 1st March 2010-28th Feb 2013.

My friends who are under the PCC scheme,passed PCC in May 2010 and were originally eligible in May 2012.But. after the new circular,they are eligible to appear one term before i.e.November 2011.

Is it applicable for IPCC Student?

Am i also eligible to appear one term before.i.e. in May 2012?
