For final or inter?

For inter (ipcc)

yes it is sufficient. if u want to prepare for high level then u can refer books of other teacher as well with practice manual. practice manual is must for every subject.

Don't just stick with the practice manual. I suggest you supplement your reading with munish bhandari too. You can clear you concepts easily and understand the answers in the PM very quickly.

Am however able to understand all answers quite easily because of the coaching class and its material. So wouldn't it be enough?

Its not sufficiant but it will help you in scoring good marks. About 40 marks questions come from PM.
The way u r studying is more than enough as institute mat +practice mannual covers everything for ur xam
more than enough...
Dear Krishna, We recommend Munish Bhandari handbook plus PM. If the coaching material covers the subject completely then the notes plus PM is fine. All the Best! Regards, QLI Success Oriented Coaching for CA and CS www.qli.co.in 9029083303
Munish bhandari best book for ipcc law..!
Munish bhandari plus pm 60 plus. Which attempt? If may 16 i have opened a thread for all may 16 queries. Cheers

Go for practise manual with Munish Bhandhari Book.

practice manual is enough for ipcc no doubt. U should be prefer modules and also other writers its depend on you.

yes it is enough.... Practise manual teaches u how to actually write the answers...how to project ur thoughts into words which fetch u max marks....but PM doesnt cover all the topics of Company law...rest is covered...

for company law refer study material or munish bhandari...
