Is one MVAT Tin Registration no. valid of two different firm ? if propritor is 1 person.

Yes .. MVAT tin number is issued based on pan number and since pan number of both the companies is similar being proprietory concern, it is valid.
However intimation of new concern should be forwarded to Department.
