hello,I know that public company which has not gone for public issue,is not listed,
but Is all ltd.co, which has gone public issue necessary to get listed??

yes it is because before public issue they need to give application of listing to various stock exchange infact the application given to stock exchanges ltd co. has to mention names of those stock exchange in their prospectus
