is it true that no need to clear IPCC 1st group for articleship? i am awaiting for the IPCC result. it was my 3rd attempt. can i apply in big4 for articleship? cleared bcom with 66%

NOPs no official announcment so still its neccessary to clear 1st grp of ipcc
