Dear Sir, I am 30 years old and i am currently working in one MNC company as an Account Officer and my last qualification is B.com. I have already passed CPT and appeared 2 times in IPCC examination but not succeed then i was hold my study from 2012. Now i want to do restart my IPCC but i am scared pertaining to job and study. Is it possible to do CA with Job? if answer is yes then how can i balance study and job. Kindly give your best suggestion. I wish to appear in May-2017 attempt. Regards Mitul Shah

hi mitul the first problem I see for you is that once you pass ca you will have to do three years of articleship if you haven't done it already. that means you will have to quit your job and basically as an apprentice under a practicing chartered accountant. you will be paid a stipend which in many cases is peanuts. so think hard about it.

If i left the job for articleship and then completed my CA at the increasing age near about 35year. Is it benificial become CA at the age of near about 35year.
you should enroll in CMA , it can be done along with job & with the introduction of new syllabus 2016 one can easly handle 4 papers at a time :)

mitul becoming a ca at any age is beneficial if you ask me. it gives your cv a lot weight and will open doors for you. I
however there is an element of risk involved. you will be leaving your job and earning less for at least three years. and further there is no guarantee of clearing the exams which everyone knows are very tough.
this is not to discourage you but so that you can make a wise decision. there are other courses like cima, ACCA etc that you can check out as well.
You should start working for CA firm.If you will work at CA firm and start earining good amount you can even convince your Employer to consider your Job as Articleship.
This will also help you to gain practical exposure which is nowdays required to clear CA exams.Apart from that i know many people working in MNC that to in US laws etc who are still pursuing their CA alongwith Job.
Its always better to ge CA degree in india, but going for CMA/CPA degree can get you job in big 4 also.

Nothing is impossible if u r determined.If u really want to be CA than u will find time for study.
BE HAPPY WITH WHAT JOB YOU HAVE NOW dont take risks at the age of 35 my sincere frankly advise to you
