Is it possible if a person needs Loan against property in favour of his pvt. ltd company but the property which is to be mortgaged is registered in personal name of applicant?

May be possible by giving guarntee
Dear seema,
It is not possible to take loan against that property unless that person bring that proprety as the promoter of the company.
