Please tell me if any one knows, is it manadatory to write clauses of subsection??
if we write only provision given in subsection as a whole sum paragraph just by highliting subsection only without highliting the clauses of subsection it would be a correct in exams of CA or it will be treated as a wrong section ???? plese let me know if anybody knows??
It will be treated as wrong section , so it is better to give complete sections with clauses if any, if you dont know than ignore it , dont try to give wrong section otherwise you will be suffer from examiner , mene muskil se 3 section hi likhi thi and i got 54 in law aur paper bhi 78 no. ka attend kiya tha .

There is no need to mention clauses in CA exams....
But yes…For example if the correct and full section is Section 170(1)(ii) and you write As per section 170(1) ....that would be considered as wrong.
Now let me tell you the right way to attempt or write above section in the right way...
"As per relevant clause of sub-section (1) of section 170........"
By this way your presentation will improve without any technical default.
