If dealer supply goods of other on portal then liable to register with out threshold limit

If he is selling his own product then not liable
u are not required to register. u can cancel it as u are dealing in exempted goods only. If u dont do this and remain registered with composition u will have to pay tax 1%.
Composition scheme can adopted only by restaurants in services
First of all a composition dealer must not be dealing with exempted goods.
Now he must opt out of composition scheme which is available in gst portal.
@ Sanjoy Roni Das.,
Mr. RAMESH D MODI said as correct way for your business. If you dealing only exempted goods don't want registration. Bcoz, If you under GST then you can pay tax your T/O based. And also you can pay RCM based taxes from get URD.....
