IF SUPPOSE MR X IS CA ,,AND GOES IN INDUSTRY FOR JOB AND HE DOES NOT WANT MEMBERSHIP NO.. IS GMCS COURSE COMPULSORY FOR HIM TO DO.... PLEASE REPLY

If Mr X does not complete GMCS,then he cannot be a member of ICAI,that means he is not a CA,as definition of a CA is a person who is a member of ICAI. And in industry to,he will not be able to apply as CA,as he will be guilty of Other misconduct if presents himself as CA,which he is not. I hope you get my point.
