Is ca+ mcom with cs possible?

Hello experts,

I am pursuing my CA IPCC along with corrospondence mcom from mumbai university with NO article ship started yet ,

I am looking forward to start career in CS ,  heard  its not possible is it true?

Since I have taken admission in I have to wait for 2 yrs which is not possible,

So please help me out whether I can register myself in CS or not ?? If yes is there anything I needs to submit to icai or icsi ??
