For self study of IPC Subject of  Business laws,Ethics & Communication MUNISH BHANDARI is the best book.

Munish bhandari is indeed the best book as it is simplest in its approach, But please go for the practice manual, provided by the institute. Questions are mostly covered from it and it can fetch u 60+ undoubtedly (personal experience). I have cleared ipcc both groups in 1st attempt in this may '14 itself.
