- Initial registration/revalidation for then IPCC, now Intermediate (IPC) Course is valid for 4 years.

No, not at all. You just need to submit the revalidation application with prescribed fee of Rs. 400/- by demand draft.

There are no amendments in IPC Audit paper for May 2014 attempt. Furthermore, Companies Act, 2013 is NOT applicable for May 2014 attempt. Therefore, you may refer to those notes.

So thAt means that i don't have to convert to IPC as I'm already an IPCC student ?
