answer to first question is wrong.

income from house property is wrongly calculated. because flat was given to bank for 10 years from 1990(means up to 2000). now in 2008 it is empty.

As Assessee is not able to occupy the house because of his eployment somewhere else the said flat will be deemed to be self occupied. so GAV will be nil. even if place of employment is same there should be proper assumption in working notes about it bcoz its not mentioned in question. no assumption means you didn't come to know about this point. so its wrong.
