Ipcc revalidation for old course

A student's IPCC course expired in February 2020, but they had already submitted their exam form for the May 2020 attempt. They are unsure about revalidation options as only new course conversions are visible. The advice given is that they can still write their exam, as revalidation for the discontinued old course isn't possible. They should raise a ticket on the SSP portal helpdesk for the re-validation form, which should be provided within 24 hours.
