I have Regitered in IPCC in Jan 2011 and cleared Ist group in May 2012, now i should give IInd group in Nov 2014 due to continous Failure so pls guide me wether i have require re validation of IPCC registration?

No, you will have to submit revalidation form in the institute if your attempt will be on or after 4 years after the date of registration.
