I registered for my IPCC (Direct Entry) in February 26th 2014, but i have joined my articles in the month of January itself. Now can some one advise me whether it would be possible for me to write the exams on November 2014. As per the rules i am completing 9 months of Articleship and 8 Months of Study Period.

The time duration for 9 months of articleship is calculated from the date on which the articles agreement (Form 102) is entered into between you and by your principal.
If the agreement date is on January your view is correct.
