As I have already suggested that the reputation of ICAI is no match for a professional institute like ICSI which always declare their results on time.
On the other hand ICAI has developed a habbit of not annoucing dates and time after doing all the homework and they annouce the delay in the result like railway authorities announce delay in trains on hourly basis always.
It is record of which ICAI must be ashamed of.
