Ipcc may'15 accounts
Do examiners of Accounts give appropriate marking for the steps of the solution even if we've not completed our solution or answer is not right?

yeah...they give step by step marking as told by our sir who was paper evaluator...
As per new directions of icai no step marking if Sol is not correct upto an acceptable level. Checking Gonaa b strict ...
