For Accounts - go for only Praveen Sharma's Book and Notes.
For Auditing and Assurance - Surbhi Bansal's Book is the best
For ITSM - Dinesh Madan's Book is sufficient. P.S. for flow chart query and explaination go for Veekkas Kappoor's Notes
