Ipcc examination accounts paper

Hello all , I am chartered accountant gave all the exams in english medium . My younger sister is giving exam of IPCC this time and she has opted hindi as her medium . she told me today that she has not provided with question paper in hindi , she has been provided with question paper only in english . When she asked for question paper in hindi . She has been told that Hindi question paper is only available for law paper and no other paper . Can anyone tell me the rules ? Any students of hindi medium please help me
