Dear Sir/ Madam,

My name is Venson, i'm currently preparing for IPCC Exam (i.e, Nov14)

But there's a query in my mind which i would i like to find solution for. Well my query is,

I've registered for IPCC under direct scheme afeter my Graduation in the Year. (2013- 14). But as per the ICAI regulation i'll be eligible for IPCC exam only after the compeletion of ITT class and the 9 months of training.

But at this moment i'm currently i'm doing internship under a CA and i've not completed my ITT training. Since my ITT training will start from March 14 and complete by April14, and i wish to write the IPCC exam in Nov14, but the duration b/w the compeletion of ITT training and IPCC exam wont be 9 months.

So will i be elligbile to write IPCC exam in Nov14 on the basis of the training i've done before completing the ITT training ??

Sorry this query bit long, but do help me out on this matter.

Thanks & Regards

Venson.

yes u would be eligible bcause the rule is that itt and 9mnths training under a C.A. should be completed before sitting in ipcc exam.

it is nowhere written that the gap b/w ur itt and exams should be 9 mnths.

so undoubtedly, u r eligible for nov 14 attempt

sorry to say.you cannot appear for november attempt 2014.because to get registered as articled assistant you should complete your ITT and orientation courses.these are mandatory and photocopies of same to be sent to ICAI while submitting your form 103 for articleship registration.so your prior articleship period will not be counted as you served as unregisterd article clerk.so to get registered you need your ITT and orientation certificates which means without which your articleship registartion process will not be complete.so complete those courses and get registered by filling form no 103 & 102 and from that date of submission your artcleship period will be counted.
