Ipcc and cpt marks sheet

sir ... this is tejaswini i have applied for ma duplicate copy of ma marks sheet with dd as mentioned in the website and also posted the same 20 days ago .... however it was said that copy of marks sheet will be sent back within 20days ... i have already  joined for my articalship trating 18 days ago and waiting for my marks card copy...i have to send relavent document for ICAI within 30 days... only 10 days is left ... how can i know wether the board has procceing ma request or not .... or how can i know at what stage are they processing .... as only 10 days is left ...its very urgent please reply
