I want to know that whether question 2a was wrong in ipcc accts may 2014 paper..pls experts give your view

i hadnt checked the ques. nor i have any idea...
but till now experience se i can say ki icai cant give any question wrong in exams...........
interpretation me we can assume its wrong in actually it doesnt
