Just take help of any of your senior/collegue.
just you go through the institute website download the reg prospectus in student corner they provided all information read once you can understand....
You can go to ICAI vishwas nagar and get a IPCC registration form from sale counter
Fill it
Attach required documents and DD of appropriate amount and deposit it to ICAI
After that prepare for your IPCC exams for may 2016 attempt
Few months before you also have to fill exam form which will cost 1100 online
