You can purchase but can not  sale  inter-sate

No ITC for composition dealer for their inwards supply.

It's not only Naveen'A view and also Querist get this knowledge then only he asked purchase from Inter State...

So, Based on query he is a understand the reason about Composition Scheme. No way for explain ITC.


Also it's not only inter State ITC... It's fully or whole...
