I have all B2B sales at the end of the day if i want to prepare single invoices for all B2B sales made then whose name is mentioned in the Retail Invoice.

If it is B2B then u have to raise invoice for all transactions separately with proper gstin. You can't raise single invoice for different gstin.

He said exactly correct... Also you sell in "Cash memo" wide your are registered then It's not applicable under GST.
Only you ll give Tax invoices to B2B sales...
and what if it B2C sales??
If it is B2C , then you can raise a consolidate invoice, bcoz details of invoice is not required only the total taxable value is required, while filing return
whose name mentioned in the invoice??
It's not an issue at all. It's up to you. If it is credit sale then you can raise customer wise invoice by his/her name, neither if it is cash sale then you can just make it by cash..

I think It's 50000 / 2 lakhs...
Cash Sales made Above Rs. 50k then collect customers details...
Its above 2 lakhs also u/s 269ST (IT) applicable...
