Should everyone follow the same invoice format provided by GST council.
my question is if I am exempted from GST. should I follow the same invoice if I'm registered.

There is no specific format for invoice under GST. u can raise invoice as per ur suitable format but it should contain those specific elements like Hsn code, separate heading for cgst, sgst, igst.. there are so many formats available on google also... u can use them.
