Can we supply the goods regularly with challan from 1st to 30th and issue the invoice on 31st of month?

No. Every supply of goods to be with tax invoice.

You are to issue invoices at the time of receipt of payment of statement of A/c is given .

In coal trading we don't have any godown,
If there are 5 vehicle comes out from 6 different mines (total 30 lorry) and went directly to buyer's place.

Infact we don't get the report on daily basis from our lifter nor from the seller(SECL).

If there is any solution,pls tell me.
