Dear Friends,
As we all are aware that many people and companies make investment in Cyprus or Mauritius (being Tax Haven) and also make investment in other companies routing through Cyprus or Mauritius.
Please kindly make me understand in simple language why they make investment in these countries or through these countiries with Examples ??
How do they avoid Tax by this ?
Please suggest.
