INTRESTING QUESTION,I WILL ALSO WAIT FOR THE REPLY

i will suggest open a demat account and invest in some blue chip company as they are avaialble at attractive price now which can give u around 20% or so return in one or two yrs or so..

hello friends....................

first of all you should ........ give time to gain knowledge regard capital market(minimum 6 month)

select 5 stocks from different sector...........and watch its price movement along with news

watch any busness news channel along with read buseness new paper.....

dont start investing money in primary stage,,,,,,,,because there is huge probability of lossesing money in intraday

start by contributing to PPF account...

Thanks all for your suggestions.....I too thought about not taking much risk...

Can you suggest some low risk options other than shares

yes friend u can invest in debt oriented funds...

(1) fixed deposit (Bank or Po)

(2) mutual fund debt oriented

(3) guilt funds

(4) gold and silver

ABOVE ALL R HIGHLY SECURED

if u r planing for long term i will suggest u too invest in banking share because they r going to give u good return in future( as interest rate start decressing)

( SBI, BANK OF BARODA, ICICI, AXIS BANK. PNB........are good blue chip, if your time horizen in 2 t0 3 years. invest in it)
